No refund for change of mind
Boots For All does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase for refund (We ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn’t 100% delight you)
- Only if the item is misrepresented in condition, ability to perform or is unsafe, will Boots For All accept full responsibility and cover the cost of return postage
Returned items must be accompanied by the receipt and be in the same condition as when despatched, with tags in place and intact.
- Customer to notify intent to return by email within seven days of receipt of goods and returned goods must be received by Boots For All within 30 days of notification
- We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will refund the total value of the product(s) in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
