Returns Policy and Guidelines

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Boots For All

  • No refund for change of mind

  • Boots For All does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase for refund (We ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn’t 100% delight you)

  • Only if the item is misrepresented in condition, ability to perform or is unsafe, will Boots For All accept full responsibility and cover the cost of return postage
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the receipt and be in the same condition as when despatched, with tags in place and intact.

  • Customer to notify intent to return by email within seven days of receipt of goods and returned goods must be received by Boots For All within 30 days of notification
  • We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will refund the total value of the product(s) in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
